{Gluten & Dairy Free} Strawberry Lemonade Muffins

{It’s strawberry picking season and I couldn’t be happier}

My favorite thing about the summer months is picking fruit: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, peaches…

It is the thought of summer days, picking fruit, that gets me through the winter months.

Each dreary winter day is one step closer to having a fresh, ripe berry in my hands.

With all these strawberries currently at our fingertips, I thought I would share a strawberry recipe.

How about two summer favorites combined into one muffin? It is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Now that berry season is upon us, I hope that you get a chance to get out into the sunshine and pick some delicious berries for yourself.

Supporting your local farmers, eating juicy berries and savoring the sunshine….it sounds like a perfect day to me.
