Caramelized Fennel Pizza

I made this for dinner tonight, and it was soooo good.

Turns out I like fennel after all! ๐Ÿ™‚

Dinner tonight used all the fennel, almost all of what was left of the scallions, and our whole bunch of kale. Sorry for linking ot my blog, it seems like shameless self-promotion, but it’s easiest for my poor computer skills. ๐Ÿ™‚

    And carmelized fennel- awesome idea. We were boring and put it into a Sunday brunch fritata. snore.

      Did the fennel carmeliezed again, this time just on top of a take-n-bake pizza. so freakin’ good. next time i’ll eat it alone, it won’t be makign it to the pizza. ๐Ÿ™‚
