{FSC Time Machine} Food Swapping in 2012

Another weekend, another set of “Best of 2012″ posts!

If you’re new to this series, for the first handful of weekends in 2013,  I’m jumping on the FSC Time Machine to create recap-posts on the different topics we covered in 2012.

So far we’ve recapped:

This weekend has us looking back on all the wonderful posts by first-time or life-time FSC Swappers, many of them have recipes included. These are great Point Of Views pieces if  you are swap-curious, their stories will tell you a lot about our swaps, up close & personal. -Christina

its swap time again

Before we jump on the FSC Time Machine, its that time of the month to announce the next set of food swaps!

We are proud to announce that we have a *new & exciting* day & venue for our Schenectady Food Swaps: SCHENECTADY GREENMARKET!

That’s right you can do your weekly shopping AND attend a food swap without leaving the building. Or getting in your car.

I am so excited for the Schenectady Food swap.. what a great venue!

I also keep meaning to tell the world how food swapping has really brought me out of my shell. If someone told me a few years ago that I would be not only willing, but excited to go out somewhere with a bunch of “strangers”, I would have laughed…
