{theme week} get your pizza on.


Its quick, can be a healthy “one pot” meal and the options are endless. Grill it. Bake it. Pizza for one. Pizza for many. Dessert Pizza. Focaccia. CSA Veg Pizza or Meat Explosion Pizza.

With the bounty of the summer comes endless flavor combos and ways to prepare it. Pizza becomes an essential “comfort” meal if you have children; even for me, a parent of a super food allergic kid. And it makes great leftovers…am I right? Easy next-day lunch.

Readers seemed so inspired by Sarah’s {use it or lose it} My CSA Share Pizza post, that I decided to give all the FSC Ladies the task of sharing a “pizza-like” recipe. They have taken to the task with gusto! All of these posts have something to offer as we tried to run the gamut of ideas. We are hoping you take these recipes and suggestions at face value or use them as inspiration for your next from scratch pizza.
